ORDER PROCESSING:
We will send your order with all possible speed, but please allow
approximately 1 week for us to process and prepare your order for
shipment (3 weeks for any out-of-stock items).
All domestic shipments are via Priority Mail and average 3 business
days for delivery time.
Allow at least 3 weeks processing time for international orders,
due to additional in-house handling.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT accept returns on sex toys. It's just
not safe. If you were shipped the wrong item or it was defective please
contact customer service to discuss your issue.
SHIPPING CHARGES:
(Domestic USA) Shipping is $10.00 for each order placed. If we ship a
partial order, there is no additional shipping charge to ship the
remainder. ALL domestic shipments are via Priority Mail.
PACKAGING:
We ship discreetly in plain boxes, with no indication that the package
contains adult material. Our return address on the shipping label is

PAYMENT METHODS:
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover
Card. Your credit card is not charged until the mechandise is ready to
ship. In addition, domestic USA customers may place an order and select
"sending check/money order". The payment must be mailed to us within 3
calendar days. International customers (outside the USA) must pay with
a credit card.
SECURITY & PRIVACY:
Your credit card information is transmitted via a secure server. In
addition, we do not share mailing lists or customer information with
anyone, period!
OTHER ORDERING METHODS: You may also FAX your order to
us at any time. In addition, we accept phone orders on our toll-free
line daily, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern
Standard Time.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
Important-All video products (Videotapes & DVDs) are in
the NTSC format. (Sorry-PAL or Secam not available). Your MUST have
NTSC-Compatible Home Video Equipment in order to view the tapes &
DVDs.
We welcome international orders. However, we are not
responsible for customs seizures or non-delivery for any other reason,
known or unknown. If you know your customs may seize adult material, we
offer special preparation:
For DVDs:
Each DVD is removed from its keepcase, put in a plastic protective
sleeve, and then shrink wrapped (together if more than one.) They are
mailed to you in an envelope, without artwork or keepcases, usually via
Global Priority Mail if that service is offered to your locality. Cost
for this service is $5.00 plus postage, maximum of 4 DVDS. For an
additional $3.00, we will send the artwork separately. You will not
receive the DVD keepcases.
Countries and areas that routinely seize adult material
include Germany, most of the Middle East, and many Far Eastern
countries. Know your customs practices!
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES:
Shipping is based on package weight. We ship the least expensive air
mail method, usually Air Parcel Post (which also has the lowest adult
customs seizure rate)
